**Core Responsibilities**:
- Determine marketing and advertising needs for services offered by High North Laboratories.
- Advise Executives marketing, advertising or promotion opportunities and strategies.
- Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them.
- Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics.
- Develop and maintain social media accounts. Support in updating company website as needed.
- In partnership with company experts, develop, implement and evaluate strategies and programs for High North Education designed to inform clients, industry professionals, employees about all things Cannabis and Analytical Testing.
- Help prepare bios, speeches, key presentations, and press releases for leadership team and executives as needed.
- Develop, organize and enroll company in workshops, conferences, ceremonies and other events and programs for publicity, fundraising and information purposes.
- Arrange interviews and other media events.
- Act as spokesperson for an organization and answer written and oral marketing inquiries.
- Help to coordinate special events with People & Culture team.
- Prepare and design of graphics, brochures, reports, newsletters and other materials.
- Special Projects as assigned by the Executive team.
**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 year of experience in marketing and/or communications, including internships.
- Active contributor to social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Strong graphic design skills.
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
- Tenacious, collaborative spirit with strong people skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advance French written and verbal communication skills an asset.

- May be required to pass an education/employment verification.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
