Receptionist/office Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and directing calls as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Support the office team by managing patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
**Skills**
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Excellent phone etiquette to provide high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining organization.
