**Quality Assurance Specialist**

**Reports to**:Operations and Quality Assurance Manager - CAN Operating Unit

**Status**: Non-Exempt

**Basic function**:
Responsible for maintaining and processing all corresponding data entry work within the Learning Tree International databases. Support the Ottawa Education Center with hybrid events, setting up, greeting attendees, as needed. Work as a team to meet daily and weekly deadlines. Support the departmental goals and mission statement of quality and teamwork.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for supporting the sales team with any urgent orders or processing of sales records that may be needed.
- Responsible for entering and processing all traveler records and maintaining daily expectations.
- Overall work quality and customer service is a departmental priority.
- Support the Ottawa Education Center as needed with hybrid events, including set up, greeting attendees, instructor communication, etc.
- Communicate openly any departmental issues, concerns, and/or suggestions.
- Participate in weekly team meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Minimum qualifications and skills for the role including:

- Some college preferred
- MS Office experience required (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Database experience preferred
- Minimum of 1-year prior data entry experience is required. Fast and accurate data entry skills (45+ WPM). Less than 2% error rate.
- Excellent spelling, and attention to detail a must.

**Competencies**:

- Must be able to work independently in a fast deadline driven environment.
