**Your Impact**

As our QA Manager you’ll define and execute on Plooto’s Quality Assurance strategy and processes. In collaboration with our CTO and VP of Engineering, you’ll refine Plooto’s QA development and deployment process to ensure a high quality product for our customers. We’ll look for you to help build a team and our QA discipline. Once built, your team will look to you for mentorship and career growth. As you lead by example, you’ll become an expert in the health and quality of Plooto’s platform. You’ll also continuously identify and execute on opportunities to advance our processes, technology and team.
