Being one of the most sought-after installation companies with a strong industry presence and a positive reputation, we are growing in the field as well as in the office **The Perks** - Comprehensive extended health & dental benefits - Competitive compensation packages - Paid tuition for continuing education - Complete on-the-job mentorship - Regular, company-wide events - Plenty of room for growth within the company **The Opening(s)** **The Basic Responsibilities** - Coordinate purchasing activities to attain optimum quality, delivery, price, and terms objectives. - Participate in cost reduction activities and projects to achieve established savings goals for procured items. - Evaluate all quotes received from vendors - Initiate and issue purchase orders, change notices, and correspondence with vendors as required. - Manage inventory and ensure that adequate supplies are on hand to meet the company's needs - Monitor market trends to stay informed about changes in prices. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as project managers, designers, estimators & fabrication shop manager, as needed. - Adhere to all policies and procedures set by Escape Fire Protection. - Other duties as assigned. **The Qualifications** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience or specific knowledge of sprinkler systems - Strong time-management and multitasking abilities - Superior organizational skills. **The Hours of Work** - Full-Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday - 8-hour shifts - Please note that compensation is dependent on experience._ **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking - Paid time off - Tuition reimbursement - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends - Overtime Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Application question(s): - This position is a 100% in-office position and it is not possible to work remotely - please answer "yes" to acknowledge this. - Please describe your experience and familiarity with fire sprinkler systems.
