**About the role**: To facilitate skill development with our client group (which includes persons with disabilities, recent immigrants, Indigenous people, members of visible minorities, persons who are homeless or street involved, those with social and employment barriers, those who have literacy barriers and those who have contact with the criminal justice system) in the following areas:

- Tutoring in literacy (reading, writing, math) literacy and computers
- Group workshop facilitation in communication, problem solving, life skills, study strategies, self management and self-advocacy skills
- Currently attending or attended a post-secondary institution and are between the age of 15 and 30 years old
- Studying in one of the following fields: Criminology, Social Work, Psychology, Community and Social Services or Community and Justice Services
