Calgary, Canada The Roof Hospital Full time

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage roofing and exterior projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct roof inspections and project assessments, ensuring the scope of work is accurate and comprehensive.
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely project completion.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage teams of subcontractors, roofers, and exterior specialists, ensuring all work is performed according to project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including site inspections and enforcing safety protocols.
- Solve on-site issues promptly, including taking a hands-on approach to complete task as needed.
- Manage procurement of materials and ensure they are delivered to the site on time.
- Track project expenses, prepare reports, and ensure projects stay with budget.
- Handle any unforeseen problem and adjust project plans as necessary.
- Ensure /quality control on all projects, conducting final inspections to confirm all work meets company standards and customer expectations.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in roofing, exterior construction, or a similar role, with a solid understanding of roofing systems and exterior work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams, coordinate work, and make on the spot decisions.
- Comfortable working at heights and performing occasional physical labor as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
- Solid understanding of project management tools and techniques.
- Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops.
- Capable of lifting materials as needed for hands-on assistance.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in managing both residential and commercial roofing and exterior projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
