Tiercon is seeking knowledgeable, self-directed, experienced and hardworking individuals interested in the automotive industry as a Plant Administrator at our 352 Arvin location.

Job Summary & Reporting Structure:
The Plant Administrator supports the Plant Manager with general administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the facility. To be familiar with and practice and promote all aspects of the IATF 16949 Quality System and Health & Safety policies.

- Assist the Plant Manager in a variety of activities including, meeting preparations/notes, reports...
- Maintain daily time & attendance including clearing daily schedule exceptions, vacation requests, leave of absence requests, enrolling new employees and adjustments.
- Manage shift rosters, schedules, and canvassing.
- Keep all employee files organized and up to date
- Facilitate attendance discipline matters in conjunction with the production supervisors.
- Setting up interviews for the hiring of potential new employees
- SQDA meetings - Safety, Quality, Delivery, Actions. Responsible for attending meeting, taking notes and updating data
- Responsible for MRO inventory and order placement
- Responsible for data collection entry, training matrixes

Qualifications:
**Education Required**

High school Diploma

Post-Secondary Education in a related field an asset

**Skills Required**:
MS office competency, Computer competency, Intermediate-Advanced excel knowledge, able to work in a confidential manner

**Equivalent Experience**

3 years in an Administrative role

Experience in a Manufacturing environment an asset

Time & Attendance System (Integritime)

ERP (QAD) experience an asset
