St. Louis Bar & Grill is now hiring full time Line Cooks for our brand-new Charlottetown location opening June 2024

Great opportunity to get your foot in the service industry door or grow your skills as we provide a full boot camp week of formal training with our head office chefs prior to grand opening.

We are looking to hire dynamic, outgoing and friendly team members.
You must be fun, energetic and have passion for cooking and wowing our guests.

**Wages ** $15.40-$19.00 + Tip outs

**Qualifications**:

- Food Safety Certification (Training provided if not already certified)

**Responsibilities: As a line cook, you will**
- Food preparation, portion control, receiving orders
- follow all operations policies and procedures
- Ensuring standards of appearance, taste, quality and consistency of product
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen, works to keep dishes cleaned and stocked

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend & holidays
- Full time and Part time positions available

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 1 year cooking experience is asset
- A Culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.40-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
