**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, and other industry professionals.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the region.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to senior management.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and client needs.
- **Travel**: Regular travel within the designated region to meet with clients and attend industry events.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the construction industry, including trends, key players, and market dynamics.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
