Customer Solutions Administrator

The Customer Solutions Administrator (CSA) will oversee the day-to-day solutions we have set up with our major clients. The CSA will support the needs analysis, on-boarding and exception activities for Day & Ross complex customers.
The CSA utilizes thorough understanding of the customer’s requirements and their interaction points with our business to support existing solutions and integrations we have with our complex customers within the Day & Ross network. This CSA is able to create a foundation in which people are free to express their concerns, bring forth ideas and solutions, and expand options for action for a new future.
**How You’ll Help**
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including but not limited to Sales, Operations and Billing to sustain and maximize customer experience.
- Support needs analysis and requirements, present operational solutions in a standardized and customer-facing format back to all stakeholders that will address current processes and any modifications that are required.
- Execute on customer solution as defined in Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
- Oversee Day & Ross retailer Vendor On-boarding Program.
- Support customer retention activities through analysis to define route cause and develop action plan for corrective actions.
- Support Optimize customer’s supply chain network through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform data collection and analysis, logistics simulations and designs, equipment utilization Package solutions in a standardized and customer facing format.
**Your Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Transportation or combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in the transportation, supply chain and/or logistics industry
- Exceptional organizational & time management skills.
- Project Management
- Must be comfortable, professional and capable in a customer facing environment
- Advanced level computer skills. In-depth knowledge of all Microsoft Excel, Business Intelligence (BI), databases and dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with ability to present optimal recommendations.
- Experienced in driving positive change management
- Extensive understanding of quality, safety, logistics, general IT and shipping systems
- Able to execute all phases of the supply chain specialist cycle - needs analysis, requirements definition, solutioning, planning, deployment, and performance monitoring
