We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. The position would have a four day work schedule with three days off in a row every week. As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively.

Expected Duties:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Diagnose plumbing problems and provide effective solutions that may include drain cleaning when required.
- Read blueprints and follow building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of work performed

Beneficial Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to assemble, build, and maintain plumbing systems
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques for pipe fitting and installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Plumbing: 2 years (required)
- Drain Cleaning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Gas Fitter (B) Ticket (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
