**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Operate your assigned press/presses with safety and efficiency.
- Maintain, document and adhere to your assigned press schedule and quota.
- Ensure proper documentation procedures are followed during production process.
- Assist fellow workers when requested/required.
- Report any issues/problems with press equipment and small hand tools to Floor Supervisor.
- Responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment used to perform job duties.
- Maintain and promote a safe working environment while following company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and coaching to fellow workers when required.
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with co-workers.
- Report any unsafe conditions, accidents or injuries to Floor Supervisor immediately.
