**Job Summary**
The Catering Coordinator plays a vital role in organizing and executing catering events. This position involves coordinating with clients, managing food preparation, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with clients to plan catering details such as menu selection, dietary restrictions, and event logistics
- Coordinate food preparation, presentation, and delivery for catering events
- Oversee employee services and ensure proper handling of food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests during events
- Assist in setting up and breaking down catering setups
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in catering areas
- Oversee daily orders and ensure they all go out perfectly
- Coordinate Drop off Catering with our drivers
- Order catering supplies and ingredients from our suppliers
- Keep track of inventory

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service within the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Food Safe Certificate
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant guest services is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A valid drivers license

Schedule:
As the coordinator your hours will be mainly mornings - Tuesday
- Saturday

Occasionally Sundays

Evening events happen 2-3 times a month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
