**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming for clients and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a healthy environment.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Good physical stamina; able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies used in custodial work is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
