**Responsibilities**:

- Manage human resource processes daily activities ensuring process is consistent
- Monitor employee information database with records and files. Experience with BambooHR will be an asset.
- Onboard coordination & orientation
- Offboard coordination & execution
- Performance Reviews: Schedule, coordinate with supervisor and document employee reviews and quarterly check-in's
- Employee Relations; Take front line grievances, manage, and distribute employee concerns and questions accordingly
- Coordinate and execute on staff meetings and other HR related events
- Maintain employee benefits
- Maintain Policies
- Maintain Compliance
- Complete regular HR reports when asked
- Plan and maintain professional development opportunities and coordinating grant options
- Assist and collaborate on large ad-hoc projects HR management creates

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in human resources or business
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the human resource area
- Knowledge in HR best practices and labour laws
- Ability to work in software solutions; BambooHR will be a major asset
- Understanding of sourcing tools
- Exceptional eye for detail, organization, and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of business and financial principles and practices
- Superior attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Prior experience in a management or leadership position would be considered an asset
- A desire or experience for the AgTech space is an asset
