- Managing Quality Control Laboratory budgets
- Serve as a technical liaison for multiple departments, wineries, and third parties

- Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related experience
- 5+ years' experience at a supervisory/managerial level
- Trained Internal Auditor
- Strong knowledge of Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Winemaking, Sensory Evaluations and ABS (HACCP and ISO Standards).
- Able to meet deadlines while managing conflicting priorities and maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Spreadsheets, Relational Database, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Access and Window
- Strong interpersonal skills
