Reports to: Managing Director

Role: Responsible for administrative operations of the clinic, including excellent patient care and support to MDs in the clinic, patient scheduling and intake, etc.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Patient Support**
- Responsible for first point of contact with our patients, represent our clinic in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer patient queries by telephone and in person when required.
- Schedule and manage appointments from physician referrals.
- Intake of patients as they arrive at the clinic.

**Physician Support**
- Maintain MDs' appointment schedules efficiently.
- Completing monthly inventory of clinic and office supplies.

**Clinic Appearance**
- Maintain a professional and organized appearance of the clinic.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in a medical-related field (medical clinic administration, etc) is an asset.
- PREFER RECENT GRADUATE of medical administrative program.
- Leadership skills are essential.
- Organized, comfortable with multi-tasking, details-oriented, and a take-charge individual.
- Fluent in English (spoken / written). Other languages an asset.

**REMUNERATION**

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
