**Overview**

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional service at all times.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Driving to and from client meetings.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the promotional products industry or willingness to learn
