We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication. **Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Proficient phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.95-$19.93 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
