Markham, Canada Seaway Pools and Hot Tubs Full time

Founded in 1982, Seaway Pools and Hot Tubs is one of the largest pool companies in southern Ontario, serving the York and Greater Toronto Area for over 40 years. We are looking to hire **one** retail sales associate to join our team

**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with in store and over the phone purchases
- Cashier duties, including processing customer’s purchases
- Answering phones, taking messages and directing calls
- Manage entire sales cycle to include qualification of leads, needs /opportunity assessment, request for proposal (RFP), close of sale and all post-sales support
- The Inside Sales Representative's primary goal is to build and strengthen customer relationships, increase sales within the assigned territory, provide excellent service to customers and prospect new accounts /customers.
- This position focuses on both prospecting new business and maintaining & growing the business with existing customers as well
- In this role you will be selling / cold calling
- Proactively recommend and design selling strategies based on customer feedback
- Sales Reports
- You will be working collaboratively with the Inside Sales Manager (ISM)
