Summary
This position is ideal for individuals seeking to enhance their experience in the hospitality industry while learning about Spanish food, wine, beers, and cocktails. As a server at Tapagria, you'll manage your own section, engage with guests, explain our menu and features, and introduce diners to the Spanish style of dining.
Key
**Responsibilities**:
- Familiarity with all menu items
- Interacting with guests and taking orders for drinks, snacks, and meals
- Verifying customer identification and ensuring compliance with Smart Serve regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant space
- Polishing and distributing glassware and flatware
- Busing tables
Preferred Experience and Skill Set
- Previous experience as a server
- Familiarity with POS systems
- General knowledge of food and wine
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and collaborative
Beneficial Attributes
