Rival Boxing is looking for a passionate Social Media Manager. This person needs to be passionate about boxing and motivated in creating engaging content for Rival Boxing Gear.

The Social Media Manager will help plan, develop, and manage all social media platforms to increase brand awareness and strengthen brand image.
- **Specific tasks**_
- Help create content for all social media platforms
- Help create and maintain the social media calendar
- Schedule and upload content to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube).
- Collect and create analytical data from social media platforms (likes, engagement, survey results, etc.)
- Create actionable plans to increase and maintain followers on social networks
- Excellent customer service skills in responding to social media messages.
- Oversee interactions between consumers and the brand on social media to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Perform quality control checks on digital content to identify errors and ensure brand consistency through copy, tone of voice, and terminology.
- Maintain a library of creative assets.
- Research and create industry-specific trends and competitive analysis.
- Keep up to date on boxing matches where boxers wear Rival.

- **Minimum Qualifications**_
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent written communication skills in English and French.
- Strong writing and editing skills including boxing knowledge
- Solid knowledge in Adobe premier and Photoshop
- 1-2 year working in sports related industry
- Exceptional time management skills
- Proven experience in social media management
- Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays when needed

**Work Environment**

40 hours per week less 30 min paid lunch per day.

Need to allocate about 5 hours per week on the weekend when boxing events are taking place.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $47,253.00-$50,379.00 per year
