**What’s Included**:

- **6 weeks of full-time online training** with live instruction and support
- **In-person First Aid/CPR certification**:

- **2-week placement** with a local employer in the childcare sector
- **Completion certificate & transcript**:

- **Access to a $500 scholarship** (4 awarded) for top performers pursuing Early Childhood Education programs
- **Stipend** may be available

- Trauma-informed care and strategies for preventing compassion fatigue
- Effective communication with families and colleagues
- Outdoor learning, health, safety, and ethics
