**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with dementia care and other specialized needs as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields is mandator.
- Knowledge of senior care practices, including hospice care and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and patient care techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including heavy lifting when needed.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid or relevant caregiving certifications is a plus but not mandatory. Join our team of dedicated caregivers who make a difference in the lives of those we serve every day

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance

Pay: $17.75-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
