**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure high-quality service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and handling standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage the restaurant's POS system, including cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Train and mentor staff in customer service techniques, food preparation, and menu knowledge.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to enhance guest experience.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Experience in interviewing and training staff members effectively.
- Background in hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
