**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Tekla models following the structural and architectural design drawings and specifications, in compliance with applicable standards and building codes.
- Create and edit concrete/rebar detail drawings & rebar schedules per customer requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with fabricators, engineers and architects to meet project requirements
- Create and incorporate all RFIs promptly when discrepancies are found, or additional information is required to complete the process, and follow up as required.
- Prepare drawing packages and issue to the client per scheduled delivery dates

Qualifications:

- Any level of knowledge of Tekla Structures or experience as a concrete/rebar detailer
- Experience in concrete/rebar construction and the ability to read drawings
- Self-motivated and ability to complete multiple tasks with mínimal guidance
- Deadline driven with an attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/certificate
- Canadian Citizenship/Legally able to work In Canada
