**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for an all-star project coordinator who has the skills and the energy to get the job done well and on time. The project coordinator will coordinate deliverables between the Project Manager and site supervisors, and deal with any issues and risks that may pop up. It’s their job to ensure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly from start to finish. They also need to be savvy when it comes to AutoCAD and GPS surveying. **WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Assist in the overall project coordination, planning, identifying risks and resolving field issues among several projects.
- Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner.
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project manager.
- Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
- Scheduling meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope, as directed by the project manager.
- Coordinate and executing a variety of project management administrative tasks.
- Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
- Coordinating field staff.
- AutoCAD and GPS field work.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**

**Education & Qualifications**
- A diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Change management skills.
- Organizational and Management skills
- Available to work a 10-4 shift meaning availability on weekends and evenings.

**Experience**
- 3+ years in the construction industry

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rocky Harbour, NL A0K 0A6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
