If you have a background in food production, recipe development, or supply chain management in the sauces or broader food industry, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the production of high-quality sauces, ensuring consistency and taste standards.
- Collaborate with the product development team to create new sauces and improve existing recipes.
- Manage inventory and supply chain for raw ingredients and packaging materials.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand consumer preferences and trends.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and optimize processes for efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in sauce production or related fields.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, quality control, and production processes.
- Experience with recipe development, ingredient sourcing, and cost management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
