**Overview**
RapidCrete is a leading concrete services provider specializing in structural concrete restoration, repair, cutting, coring, and GPR scanning throughout Metro Vancouver. We are known for responsiveness, quality workmanship, and providing reliable solutions for general contractors, engineers, developers, and building owners.
We are growing and seeking a motivated **Construction Sales & Estimator** to join our team.
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to new inquiries and follow up to secure opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, engineers, owners, and property managers
- Conduct site visits for scope assessment
- Prepare proposals and present detailed scopes, assumptions, and clarifications
- Provide excellent customer service throughout pre-construction
- Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and RFP documents
- Perform quantity take-offs for concrete restoration scopes
- Prepare lump-sum and T&M estimates using internal cost structure
- Assess risks, access challenges, and site-specific constraints
- Coordinate with field teams to validate scope and execution feasibility
- Provide clear details to operations and field teams for awarded projects
- Support RFIs, project notes, and scheduling updates as required
- Track open bids and maintain organized follow-ups
**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years experience in estimating, sales, or coordination in the construction industry (concrete/civil/structural preferred)
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for proposal writing and client coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Experience with concrete-related scopes (cutting, coring, scanning, repair) is an advantage
**Assets (Preferred but Not Mandatory)**
- Experience with AutoCAD for basic drawing review or measurement
- Experience with Bluebeam for markups and take-offs
- Knowledge of GPR scanning, epoxy/PU injection, or concrete restoration methods
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, CRM tools, or project management systems
- Valid BC driver's license for site visits
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
