**Job Summary**

TreeTrack is an environmental technology company using UAVs, AI, and Seedpod innovation to restore forests and ecosystems.

We are seeking a **Junior Digital & AI Assistant (under 30)** with strong **image processing and computer skills** who can contribute to AI dataset development, website updates, and digital marketing design.

This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on person eager to grow in a fast-paced startup working at the intersection of **AI, imaging, and environmental sustainability**.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Image Processing & AI Support**
- Process, edit, and organize **drone imagery** for AI model development.
- Annotate and label imagery using tools such as **LabelImg, CVAT, or Roboflow**.
- Prepare image datasets for training (resizing, enhancement, tiling, geotagging).
- Conduct quality control checks on labeled images and manage dataset structure.
- Support computer vision workflows for seedling detection and classification.

**Web Design & Digital Marketing**
- Update and maintain TreeTrack’s **website** (WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace).
- Design **marketing materials**, including brochures, presentations, and social media visuals.
- Edit images and videos for promotional and technical materials.
- Ensure brand consistency and professional presentation across all media.

**General Technical Support**
- Assist with digital file management, data entry, and workflow documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to create visuals for reports and presentations.
- Help with **UAV imagery documentation** and project data organization.

**Qualifications**

**Required**
- Under 30 years old (Youth Employment category).
- Strong computer literacy and image processing skills.
- Experience with **Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, or Canva**.
- Familiarity with **image annotation or dataset preparation tools**.
- Basic knowledge of web design and digital media management.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Bonus Skills (preferred)**
- Experience with **GIS software (QGIS or ArcGIS)**.
- Familiarity with **Python, AI, or computer vision concepts**.
- Knowledge of **UAVs, drone imagery, or remote sensing**.
- Background or interest in forestry, ecology, or sustainability.
