What You'll Do;
As a Service Shop Technician, you will become a crucial part of our team. You will provide advice and problem solve equipment maintenance and repair needs for our customer's equipment, skis, snowboards, racquets and bicycles as well as
Your Responsibilities
- Assembling/disassembling different types of bicycles
- Racquet Stringing
- Bicycle, ski, and snowboard servicing
- Deliver a fantastic customer service experience
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and signed prior to releasing equipment to the customer.

What You Offer
- You are a passionate, active and outgoing person
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Previous Service Shop experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust
- Positive work attitude
- Strong attention to detail
