**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled interlock specialist to join our team.

**Duties**
- Perform grading and leveling of backyards and patois
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment for various landscaping tasks.
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute landscape designs.
- Engage in masonry work as needed for hardscaping projects.
- Possess knowledge of up-to-date methods on installing patios, retaining walls and other hardscaping
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to build structures such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hardscaping and masonry
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to landscaping.

**Behaviors**
- It is unacceptable to show up late, in dirty clothing or smoke on the jobsite
- Don't act like you know everything, collaborating with the team is important

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
