As a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition department at Bath Fitter (Bain Magique) you will perform all administrative functions related to talent acquisition. You will support the TA team throughout Canada and US, working closely to ensure prompt and effective support in recruitment activities and projects. **This position can be 100% remote**.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Manage data insights for Talent Acquisition
- Assist on various recruitment projects (career fairs, open doors and so on)
- Conduct audits of job boards, career site, applicant tracking system (ATS), etc
- Assist in onboarding of new employees
- Organize, update and maintain HR documentation (policies & procedures, job descriptions, org charts, reference guides)
- Track and finalize HR expense reports and invoices
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or University Certificate in Commerce, specialized in Human Resources, an asset
- Experienced in administrative tasks that require excellent attention to detail
- Bilingualism, French and English (written and spoken); English is a must.
- Advanced skill set in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
- US recruitment/HR knowledge is an asset
- HRIS experience is an asset
- Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn) is an asset
