Duties and responsibilities:

- Cleaning and preparing of job sites
- Loading and unloading materials
- Assist in completing projects involving carpentry, drywall, taping, tile, flooring, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Assist other skilled labourers
- Support the Construction Supervisor as required
- Experience in taping is an asset

**Requirements**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management and problem solving skills
- General knowledge of construction
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision and works well with others
- Ability to read and understand blueprints is an asset
- Capable of working at heights and/or adverse conditions
- Ability to perform tasks under all areas and aspects of construction projects in a safe and productive manner and under mínimal supervision
- 2+ years of general construction experience
- Comfortable using both power and hand tools
- Willing to work in all kinds of weather conditions and buildings without heating and air conditioning
- Committment to continual learning, team work and providing excellent customer service
- Required certificates: WHMIS, First Aid, Working at Heights
- Must have a valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle
- Willing to travel within an 70km radius of our service area

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$62,400.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
