Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- identify and source the correct parts and components to our customers
- prepare orders for customers and ensure they are packaged correctly for shipment
- communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain parts and components in a timely manner
- trouble shoot and diagnose any issues with parts
- provide some technical advice and support to customers
- ensure all parts are stores safely and securely
- maintain records of all orders
- the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn
- ensure stock shelves are clean and orders are put away
- ability to operate a forklift to move, arrange, stock parts (forklift training will be provided)

**Key Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education with 2 to 3 year experience working in a Heavy Truck and/or Automotive Parts environment with an advanced understanding of Heavy Truck Parts.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with a strong understanding and knowledge of parts operations, including procurement, orders, back orders and core handling with a focus on related computer software and computer systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building capability
- Exceptional communication and organization skills with strong attention to details
- Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast paced environment
- Professional self starter independent as well as a team player with a sense of importance and interest to learn new technologies and systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts to support the business needs

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
