Job Title**:Industrial Mixer & Cook - Food Manufacturing**

**Company Overview**:

As an Industrial Mixer & Cook, you will be responsible for operating large-scale mixing and cooking equipment to prepare and process ingredients for food production. The role requires a strong understanding of industrial cooking techniques, equipment maintenance, and food safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operate and maintain industrial mixing and cooking equipment, including large-scale mixers, kettles, steamers, and blenders.
Follow recipes and ensure the correct ingredients are measured, mixed, and cooked according to production requirements.
Monitor the cooking process, adjust temperatures and settings, and ensure consistent product quality.
Ensure that all food products are cooked according to safety and quality standards, including temperature checks and time management.
Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues that arise during the cooking or mixing processes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all food safety guidelines and health regulations.
Collaborate with other production staff to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Conduct routine equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure machinery operates at optimal efficiency.
Follow strict food safety protocols, including sanitation, allergen control, and HACCP standards.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in an industrial food production environment, with a focus on mixing and cooking.
Familiarity with operating industrial-sized cooking and mixing machinery, such as large mixers, cookers, kettles, and blenders.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP and sanitation practices.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick adjustments to processes.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with production teams.
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary, food processing, or related certifications are a plus.

Experience working in an industrial food manufacturing setting.
Experience with automated cooking and mixing systems.
