**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license
- Experienced with operating Concrete Drills, Core Drills and Concrete Scanning Equipment.
- Very capable with technical/computer interface on many devices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and coworkers
- Able to lift 50lbs of more
- 1+ years of construction experience
- Problem solving skills and the ability to adjust to a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Experience with framing will be considered an asset

**GPR Scanning Job Duties**:

- Receive training and learn GPR scanning.
- Use GPR equipment to locate unseen objects and utilities in concrete.
- Perform concrete scanning prior to cutting and/or coring operations.
- Work with concrete cutting crews to gain a general understanding of the concrete coring and cutting process.
- Using the training provided, improve expertise on reading scans, identifying objects, and providing comprehensive reports.

**Core Drilling Job Duties**:

- Receive training and learn core drilling and concrete cutting techniques.
- Inspect, operate and maintain core drill equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Using core drilling techniques to complete holes in various locations
- Utilize problem solving skills and ability to adjust to changing circumstances.
- Complete job-related paperwork
- Starting wage will be based off of previous experience_

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Core Drilling: 1 year (preferred)
- GPR Scanning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Drivers License (required)

Work Location: In person
