Do you want to work in a fast pace dynamic environment? Lake House Marine is looking for a **Certified Journeyman Marine Technician** with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, great problem salving skills that loves their work and is reliable. Must have own tools and can work on stern drives and inboards. MasterCraft/Ilmor training is preferred but training can be supplied.

MECHANIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trouble shoot boats and motors to accurately diagnose and repair issues
- Liaise with clients to determine their requirements and communicate defects or problems, suggest extra repairs or maintenance needed.
- Provide routine inspections of units and inform clients of any issues
- Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested.
- Keep an accurate log of all work performed
- Build work order with parts and labor descriptions
- Maintain and clean shop equipment and tools to ensure they are always kept in a safe and usable conditions.
- Adhere to company work safety policies
- Work with other mechanics when needed to ensure all work is done to Lake House Marine standards.
- Work overtime when required
- Strive for excellence in customer service
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections
- Water tests

**Salary**: $25-$40 per Hour Depending on Experience and Training

Schedule:

- Mon-Fri 9-5
- Saturday 10-4
- 4 weeks off for winter shutdown (December)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical experience: 2 years (required)
- Indmar/PCM/Ilmor/Mercury certified

**Location**:

- Edmonton, AB

Licence:

- Trade Certificate (preferred)
- Journeyman (required)
- Valid AB drivers’ licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
