**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate a range of production equipment and machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Assemble products and components as part of the manufacturing process.
- Replace machine consumables (e.g., packaging materials, labels, etc.) as needed to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Monitor and oversee packaging operations to ensure product integrity and compliance with quality standards.
- Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and internal safety protocols.
- Support routine and preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with other departments.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and assist production teams in reducing downtime.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is an asset.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality and workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Fluency in Chinese is a strong asset.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and low temperatures.
- Physically capable of lifting, standing for long periods, and working in confined spaces.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
