Service Management: Providing exceptional customer service, coordinating all aspects of service including technician dispatch and customer follow up.
Logistics: Coordinate outbound product shipments, Inventory tracking and paperwork to ensure shipments are accurate and timely Communicate tracking to customers
Accounts Payable: Maintain accurate accounts payable log Make payments on time to suppliers Reconcile outgoing payments and tie out to due invoices Manage aging payables Financials: Creation monthly reports Be able to articulate basic financial acumen.
Qualifications: Diploma or prior experience in related field Experience using QuickBooks accounting software Proficient in MS office software (excel, word, power point) Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience.
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
