**About Apotex Inc.**

**Job Summary**:
As the Project Leader, Warehouse Operations you will act as the project team leader for harmonization and/or improvement of projects within our Etobicoke facility. You will be responsible for developing and executing the project plan to schedule, as well as measuring intervention success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Operational Excellence projects, programs or initiatives that will lead to significant improvements in process, technology, compliance and/or efficiencies within the Supply Chain that are sustainable.
- Implement performance improvement projects, as either the project leader or in a consulting role to our managers, including but not limited to training, environmental conditions, reward and recognition, or employee selection.
- Lead project team activities required to complete projects on schedule and create contingency plans to ensure mínimal project impact when changes occur.
- Liaise with impacted Org Unit(s) to ensure project activities that disrupt on-going Logistics activities are coordinated to minimize the disruption.
- Ensure clear communication links are established between project team members, technical groups, consultants, and impacted Org Unit(s).
- Monitor training requirements of department, determine root cause(s) of performance gaps and follow up on training and/or non-training solutions to address these gaps.
- Establish and conduct a periodic review of all Warehouse Operations Job Functions to Training Plan matrices.
- Conduct investigations on deviations while ensuring investigations are initiated according to procedures.
- Ensure identification of most probable root cause, corrective action and preventative action for all completed investigations.
- Conduct impact analysis of proposed corrective and preventative actions in addition to reviewing findings and preparing recommendations.

**Job Requirements**:

- 5 or more years of work experience in warehouse or related technical field
- Change control, deviations and incident report writing experience preferred.
- Post-secondary technical education in a related field.
- Proven strong influence and leadership ability.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, time management, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teammate with exceptional customer service skills and proven systematic problem-solving experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Intermediate to advance level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with TrackWise considered an asset.
- Demonstrate Behaviours that exhibit our organizational Values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion.
- Potential to travel between GTA sites based on project needs.
