Housekeeping Aide

We are looking for casual **Housekeeping Aide's **to join our Columbia Garden Village team in Invermere, BC. If you are a strong team player, then we would like to hear from you

**We are looking for someone who will**:

- Performs all task as outlined on the daily cleaning schedules for common areas.
- May be required to assist with laundry and resident rooms as needed.
- Organizing and prioritizing workload is an essential part of this position.
- Operates in a safe manner and reports any present or potential health and safety hazards to the Community Manager.
- Interacts with residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Acts as a positive and constructive team player, creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements include:

- Effective communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team-player;
- Physically capable of lifting up to 10kgs;
- Grade 10 education or equivalent;
- Successful clearance of a vulnerable sector-criminal record check; and,
- Negative TB Test and proof of full immunization records
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccinations or approved exemption for an accommodation based on a reason related to human rights.

**What we offer you**

**Compensation: The $24.34 per hour start rate for this position currently falls under provincial wage-levelling.**
