Business Development Coordinator

**Position Summary**:
**Pay**: $16.55 per hour plus bonus
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact customers to generate service appointments
- Manage and schedule appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service when dealing with customers
- Ensure customers understand their vehicles’ maintenance needs, how we can help meet those needs, and the benefits of ensuring scheduled services are performed on time and by qualified professionals
- Perform outbound call campaigns as required
- Keep customer information updated in our systems (Dealermine)
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and requirements
- Stay up to date on dealer and dealership promotions
- Handle customer complaints immediately
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of successful BDC experience
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Exceptional customer experience skills
