You know who you are. You've put a couple of solid years on the line, you've got your timing down, your station clean, your pans hot - and you're looking for a kitchen that actually runs right.

We're **Annabelle's Kitchen**, and we're looking for two **First Cooks** to hold it down at night. Fast paced, upbeat, zero drama, and all about good food and good people. If you want to show up, smash service, and walk out with a crew who's just as sharp and dialled as you - let's talk.

**This role is for you if you**:

- Has **3+ years of solid line experience** in a busy kitchen - bonus points for Italian or upscale-casual service
- Can **lead the line at night**, keeping pace, quality, and standards high
- **Communicates clearly and keeps cool** - even when tickets don't stop
- You work **clean, fast & tight**. Period.
- You want to be part of a team that's small, fierce, and just plain fun to work with.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Owning your station during dinner service - don't worry, we will teach you all stations
- Keeping quality high, steady pace, and service smooth
- Handling the rush without loosing your cool (or your tongs)
- Helping keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and dialled in
- Showing up on time, with sharp knives and a god attitude
