We are currently seeking a **Qualified Behavioral Specialist** to support in the creation of complex behavioral approaches and plans for the persons we support.

Under the contracted **Qualified Behavioral Specialist** position, you will be responsible for the following:

- Reviewing client profiles and documentation
- Attending meetings as necessary
- Preparing the following tailored support plans:

- Behavioral Support Plan
- Risk Assessment
- Other Capacity Assessments as relevant
- Revising and editing support plans as necessary

Necessary Qualifications:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) certification
- 2 years of relevant experience supporting individuals with complex behavior diagnoses and patterns.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Personal Support, Disability Support, Psychology, Human Services, etc)
- Documentation skills
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
- Current licensed practitioner status and insurance
