- Answering Phones
- Dealing with customer inquiries
- Prioritizing and dispatching service technicians in FieldEdge
- Other projects as required

Applicants must demonstrate:

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office - Specifically Word and Excel
- Exemplary time management and customer service skills
- Work in a busy environment while being able to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Written and verbal English language communication skills
- Adaptable to fast changing environments
- The ability to communicate and interact with suppliers, technicians, and customers
- Computer skills
- Positive attitude
- Most be available M-F 8am-5pm
- Knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical industries an asset
