Route Driver

**Reporting to**: Logistics & Warehouse Manager **Shifts**: 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday **Hourly Rate**: $26.00-27.00 per hours (Class 3) **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Able to perform pre-trip inspections. - Transport milk products to Lower Mainland on time in a safe and friendly manner. - Ensure orders are accurate. - Keep accurate records, report shortages, overages and returns. - Operate refrigerated reefers. - Perform general cleaning duties. - Supporting health and safety programs. **Qualifications**: - At least 1 year of verifiable truck or van driving experience - Class 5 Driver’s license - Excellent driving record including none of the following: a. Reckless driving, b. DUI/OMVI, c. Hit and Run, d. Excessive Speed violation - Ability to communicate in English both oral and written - Ability to work and drive in all types of weather - Physically able to lift >25 kg and frequent lifting and bending - Excellent and prompt attendance each day scheduled - Experience with refrigerated product and previous route delivery is a plus.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $26.00-$27.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Vision care **Experience**: - working with refrigerated product: 1 year (preferred) - Class 3 route truck driver: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
