Amazon Sales Representative

Reports To: SVP, Enterprise Sales
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:
- Oversee Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory management, and timely shipments.
- Monitor and manage the performance of Amazon listings, including keyword optimization, product descriptions, and images.
- Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and best practices.
**Sales Growth**:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, including promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers.
- Analyze sales performance data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create Amazon-specific content, including enhanced brand content (EBC) and A+ content.
**Customer Service**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns related to products, returns, or refunds.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings by providing excellent support and timely responses.
**Advertising & Marketing**:
- Create and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
- Monitor and adjust advertising budgets and bids to ensure maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align product launches and campaigns with Amazon-specific advertising strategies.
**Reporting & Analysis**:
- Provide regular performance reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and inventory metrics.
- Use Amazon analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central reports, Brand Analytics) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with product development, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure smooth product launches and stock availability.
- Communicate market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to relevant teams to inform future product offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in Amazon sales or e-commerce management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and Amazon advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s rules and regulations, including product listing requirements, A-Z claims, and customer feedback protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
**Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)**:
- Experience with third-party tools for Amazon sellers (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing.
- Fluency in additional languages (depending on the market focus).
**Working Conditions**:
