**Job description**

Best Brains Learning Center is hiring enthusiastic PART-TIME Center Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
Ø The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the clerical and administrative support for the Best Brains. Computer knowledge ( MS Excel, MS Office) is required.

Ø The Administrative Assistant will work as part of the team, contributing to quality service delivery and achievement of program goals in accordance with the Mission and Policies of Best Brains Mountpleasant.

Ø Provides administrative support to the Manager, clerical duties, scheduling Students, maintaining book inventory, communications to parents and prioritizes urgent matters requiring attention;
Ø Addressing all issues parents/kids/teachers.

Ø Performs Maintains attendance lists and other program materials required for daily tracking of the children’s attendance, ratio etc;
Ø Explaining the program to parents and helping in enrollment / registrations of new kids.

Ø Processes fees for service and maintains spreadsheet of account balances for Best Brains parents;
Teaching experience is required.

**Qualifications**:

- Ø Knowledge of advanced clerical skills and office administration normally acquired through the completion of a community college diploma in office management, advanced secretarial, and/or business management (Case for Equivalency will be considered);
Ø Very strong organizational, communicational skills and detail-oriented;
Ø Demonstrated ability to work under pressure;
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ø Teaching experience an asset;
Ø Experience working within a multicultural environment;
Ø Ability to maintain a positive approach and a professional manner at all times

Work Location:
10 Earlsbridge blvd, Brampton, ON

**Hours**:
Tuesdays: 4:30pm-7:30pm

Wednesdays: 4:30pm-7:30pm

Thursdays : 4:30pm-7:30pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 9hrs per week

Schedule:

- Tuesday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 3 years (required)
- Teaching: 3 years (required)
